Project Manager – Building & Construction

Responsibilities:
This role is suited to highly experienced individual with demonstrated expertise in delivering large projects working for reputable EPC or General Contracting companies. Your outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills will be a key contributor to your success in this position.
Liaising extensively with internal and external stakeholders you will be responsible for providing leadership and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of all PEB projects in Indonesia.
This will include managing customer requirements, representing the company in negotiations, developing strategies and action plans, overseeing business plans and budgets, procurement strategy, and successful delivery of planned outcomes.

- Safe execution of all projects and uphold Company’s high safety standards
- Direct and overall accountability for a number of ongoing projects at the one time
- All aspects of project quality management and control system.
- Realise the Company’s desire to move into building erection / construction
- Reviewing the project progress on all aspects, e.g. material submittals, drawings and actual site construction with senior site staff regularly and taking necessary corrective actions required to meet the project deadlines
- Reviewing and all purchase orders with regard to technical requirements, delivery schedules and commercial terms prior to signing.
- Issuing necessary instruction to sub contractors/suppliers on all contractual matters.
- Reviewing with project senior engineers and quantity surveyors regarding contract changes and variations and ensuring the timely resolutions.
- Oversee the preparation of cost and profitability statement and submissions
- Liaison with main contractor’s on each and every issue affecting the project on regular basis.
- Managing relationships with all key sub contractors and implement sourcing strategies to extract maximum benefits for the company in terms of safety, quality, cost and delivery.
- Individual less than 45 years old

- At least 10 years experience in the related field is required for this position
