Requirements:

• Pendidikan: a) Fresh Graduate : min D3 / S1 semua jurusan; b) Pengalaman MR selama 1 tahun : min SMF/SMA/SMK
• Usia: a) maksimal 29 tahun bagi kandidat fresh graduated; b) maksimal 31 tahun bagi kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai MR

Responsibilities:

• To actively promote Schneider Electric products and solution to Pharmaceuticals and Laboratories segment nationwide,
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• To support and assist either direct approach and/or through channels to engage with the end user,
• To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers,
• To generate offers, follow-up, and secure the orders from customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, or Mechanical / Instruments Engineering,
• Experiences minimum 3 years in selling products and solution, such as: building automation system, HVAC control, lighting control, energy management system, environment monitoring system, electrical distribution components (MV/LV), and power metering,
• Able to work under pressure and good teamwork,
• Good command in English and computer literate,
• Strong knowledge in leadership, salesmanship, and networking,
• Fast learning, good analytical skills & posses strong drive,
• Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider Electric’s products is an advantage,
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section
• Ensure the excellent process control are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality
• Conduct Autonomous Maintenance of TPM through 5S, CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Tightening, Lubrication), RCFA(Root Cause Failure Analysis)

Requirements:

• Minumum D-3 in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biology or other relevant background.
• Have a minimum one year solid experience, in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP is an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to actively work as part of team.
• Good in analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
• Has a potential to be developed in the higher level in future.
