Head of SME Product Service Job (Telecommunications), Jakarta, Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is working on behalf of one of the largest telecommunicationsproviders in Indonesia. Our client, a leader in the providing fixed wireless services to customers, particularly those in under-serviced areas, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Head of SME Product Service. The position, equal to a general manager position, is responsible for new product development and driving revenues.

Responsibilities:
  • Key product head position to develop new products and services for SME segments/verticals
  • Define segment needs and create services through alliances and development
  • Work closely with Network teams, existing VAS team and with devices team, to create services integrated to devices and service delivery systems
  • Define segmented service road map with business head
  • Change, alter and build upon service road map with changing business needs
  • Develop new products and services, some existing in SME industry, others being new and innovative
  • Manage the services through their lifecycle and with changing environment
  • Train and coach other teams on the product service capabilities
  • Responsible for revenues generated and targets on services rolled out
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating and rolling out services targeted to SMEs
  • Knowledge of SME segments and strategies of market competitors
  • Ability to build and leverage external partnerships and alliances
  • Keen ability to spot and track new emerging service opportunities
  • Team spirit in working closely with several associated teams of network, devices, VAS and Sales
  • Focus on delivering service revenues, not merely creating services
