Responsibilities:
- Review the current production ticket to maintain testing schedule with machine capability.Follow testing procedures based on QAI / GMS / Regulations etc.
- Keep communication and establish positive working relationship with Business Team and all service departments.
- Plan calibrating machine equipment tools.
- Filing testing data by sizes and easily to find out.
- To establish Non Conformance report when testing not meet the euality Standard (QA-level).
- To establish monthly cut tire report
- To establish product weight monthly report.
- To motivate QA operators, review the safety in resiliometer area by evaluating the unsafe condition area and act/issue the Stop Card, keep house keeping that the area should be neat and clean.
- To implement and maintain ISO/IEC-1 7025 at Dynamic Laboratory
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering
- 2 to 3 years experience in training technology and/or service
- Training certifications desired
- Proven track record in improving customer retention
- Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to traveling and relocate (if needed)
- Well organized, should be self motivated person with high initiative
- Good presentation skills & willing to work under minimum supervision
- Computer literate
