Pharmaceuticals Sales Specialist _Jakarta base

Responsibilities:
- To actively promote Schneider Electric products and solution to Pharmaceuticals and Laboratories segment nationwide,
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- To support and assist either direct approach and/or through channels to engage with the end user,
- To maintain and develop good relationship with existing and new customers,
- To generate offers, follow-up, and secure the orders from customers.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, or Mechanical / Instruments Engineering,
- Experiences minimum 3 years in selling products and solution, such as: building automation system, HVAC control, lighting control, energy management system, environment monitoring system, electrical distribution components (MV/LV), and power metering,
- Able to work under pressure and good teamwork,
- Good command in English and computer literate,
- Strong knowledge in leadership, salesmanship, and networking,
- Fast learning, good analytical skills & posses strong drive,
- Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider Electric’s products is an advantage,
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
