HRD Supervisor (HRD SPV)

Responsibilities:
- Being able to tackle tasks in general HRD
- The process of recruitment and selection of employees
- Make an agreement / contract of employment and other kepersonalian (salary, overtime, leave, jamsostek)
- Running a performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, sanctions, and termination of employees
- To supervise the employees of the Company's execution order.
- Responsible for evaluating the safety and security units in the company.
- Addressing the needs of General Affair
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 35 years
- Minimum S1 Law / Psychology / Management
- At least 3 years experience in the field of HRD and GA in manufacturing companies
- Have knowledge of HR processes, handles the process of selection / recruitment, industrial relations, performance appraisal, Indonesia labor laws and government regulations, administrative personnel (payroll, leave, overtime), and equipment / inventory of office (GA)
- Mastering Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to work under pressure
- Communication skills, good problem analysis, and high initiative
- Can work individually or in teams
- For placement in the Factory (Tambun, Bekasi)
