Job Descriptions:
- Reviewing legal analysis of capital markets in general industry both domestically and regionally to assess the risks associated with legal problems in the company.
- Preparation of periodic reports on developments related to the regulation of capital markets and financial markets which have relevance eye out of the Company.
- Positioning the company to formulate recommendations dr legal point of view associated with the dynamics and market sentiment.
- Evaluate based on legal analysis on which important information about the company in accordance with relevant requirements related with investors and other provisions which met hrs associated with status as a public company.
- Facilitating the legal aspects of the problems within the process of preparing a public company or the preparation of bond issuance and initial public offering.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degrees in law
- Knowledge of capital markets, oil and gas business
- Capable of opening a connection to the capital market regulator / Bapepam-LK
- Able to prepare TKO / TKI relating to compliance with public disclosure requirements (disclosure)
- Being able to quickly understand the issues related to the fulfillment status as a public company
- Have the interpersonal skills and excellent communication skill
- Ability to communicate in English well
