Human Capital Analyst for Corporate Culture
Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentation materials and make presentations in front of audience
- Conducting sources interviews
- Writing articles for internal newsletters and other internal communications media
- Conducting training and other corporate event (eg FLYHI Expo, Competition, Employee of the Year, etc.)
- Becoming Culture Consultant for each unit and BO (including monitoring)
- Male/Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Age max 27 years old
- Holding min Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university local or abroad majoring in Communication Science, Human Resources Management, Public Relation, Law and International Relation
- Having at least 2 years working experience
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Active in Organization
- Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
- Good communication and presentation skills
