Human Capital Analyst for Corporate Culture
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare presentation materials and make presentations in front of audience
  • Conducting sources interviews
  • Writing articles for internal newsletters and other internal communications media
  • Conducting training and other corporate event (eg FLYHI Expo, Competition, Employee of the Year, etc.)
  • Becoming Culture Consultant for each unit and BO (including monitoring)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
  • Age max 27 years old
  • Holding min Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university local or abroad majoring in Communication Science, Human Resources Management, Public Relation, Law and International Relation
  • Having at least 2 years working experience
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Active in Organization
  • Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
