Company offers operator product such prepaid SIM card starter pack and voucher (recharge pulse) of the various cellular operators in Indonesia such as PT. Telkomsel, and Telkom Flexi and XL.

Responsibilities:
- Directs audit staff in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of Internal Audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff; and taking corrective actions to address performance problems.
- Directs the identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk areas and oversees the development of the annual Audit Plan.
- Directs the overall performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.
- Directs the audit staff in conducting interviews, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers.
- Directs the audit staff in the identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations.
- Communicates the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Board of Directors.
- Pursues professional development opportunities, including internal and external training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers.
- Represents Internal Audit at management and Board meetings and with external organizations.
- Performs related work as assigned by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Assist Human Resource in recruitment and recommend candidates for final decision
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent Professional Accounting Qualification
- Proven track record with 10 years Internal Audit experience with 5 years in a leadership and managerial position
- Projects confidence and leadership skills, and is a team player who is able to command respect and effectively communicate with management and peers
- Good analytical, forecasting and planning experience will be an added advantage
- Has working experience in large organizations and in leading a team in multiple audit assignments
