Customer & Technical Complaint Service Head

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in complaint service section
- Communicate with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work
- Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers about technical issues
- Review and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications to ensure accuracy and content as well as correct errors.
- Observe and evaluate the performances of technical support and complaint support team
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

- Consolidate monthly report in the region such as ( Key Performance Indicator) KPI, market update, competitor’s activity, etc.

Requirements:
